1:00-1:30 pm Networking

1:30-3:00 pm Presentation and Q&A

The residential real estate industry has generated significant buzz over the last few years. With the United States’ mortgage industry upheaval and real estate bubble bursting, researchers have been left wondering what their real estate data is really saying. And, with globalization taking full force, understanding market trends outside the United States is becoming more and more important. Melissa Bank Stepno, of Target Analytics, will explore and focus on the history of the mortgage industry and today’s climate in the United States, and touch on international real estate tips and tools to help you better understand and interpret residential real estate data. This engaging presentation is an “encore event” of Melissa’s 2014 APRA Conference presentation.

*NOTE: Refreshments will be provided.
