PROGRAMMING COMMITTEE

The Programming Committee helps conceive and execute well-rounded in-person and virtual programming and events that are relevant to our membership and the Prospect Development community. Our goal is to offer topically diverse events of varying length and depth (Think Tanks, Workshops, Webinars, etc.) that cover both educational themes and networking opportunities.

The Programming Committee is co-chaired by Jen Clifford of Harvard University, Matt Lacroix of Boston Children’s Hospital, and Becky Kremenitzer of Boston Medical Center Health System. Other committee members include Lisa Foster of Phillips Academy; Meghan Hakanson of Harvard University; Karen McCloskey of the Greater Lowell Community Foundation; Dave Owens of Boston Children’s Hospital; Laurel Piatelli of Harvard University; Kristen Plock of Yale University School of Medicine; and Frank Schuth of Tufts University.

Volunteer Tasks:

The Programming Committee volunteers will help shape the course of NEDRA’s programming by joining monthly brainstorming sessions via Zoom to discuss potential topics, speakers and locations. If interested, you can also assist us in arranging logistics for specific events including inviting speakers and/or drafting/editing advertising copy.

Time Commitment:

A volunteer’s specific time commitment is dependent on whether or not you are helping with one season’s programming, the entire year, or just a specific event. It is estimated that you will spend one to two hours per month. However, if you choose to take on larger responsibilities for one specific event you may spend more concentrated time on planning leading up to that event.
