PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Are you left wondering what proceeds a prospect may have received in a private company merger or acquisition? Private companies are difficult to value as available info is usually limited and sketchy. Professional evaluators and business owners (or other insiders) have access to detailed information that researchers will likely never be able to access. As researchers, we can find a way to use wide estimates to arrive at broad conclusions. This session is meant to be a basic research session on private company valuation methodology.
