This panel will include three people representing the perspective of hiring managers and three people representing those who recently took new jobs and explore their application and interviewing experiences from both sides.
Barbara Moore (Assistant Vice President, Development Research, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute), Dina Zelleke (Director of Research & Prospect Management, Harvard University), and Bruce Berg (Senior Director, Research and Prospect Management, Northeastern University) will discuss what they look for in an ideal candidate for positions on their teams and how they identify candidates for promotion and growth within their teams.
Kristen Cocce (Associate Director, Prospect Management and Research Services, Lahey Health), Kim Salley (Associate Director of Prospect Development, Phillips Academy Andover), and Brett Berger (Director of Prospect Research and Management, Phillips Exeter Academy) will discuss what drew them to accept their most recent positions.
The panel will be moderated by Renana Kehoe (Associate Director of Gift Management, Harvard Business School), who recently accepted a new position herself.
