The prospect research team at Brigham and Women's Hospital recently compiled a series of industry-specific compensation overviews, with a focus on physicians, attorneys, and finance professionals (specifically private equity, hedge funds, venture capital, and investment banking). At this Think Tank, the team will share what they learned and facilitate a discussion on ways others determine compensation and assign ratings to prospects in these and other fields at their organizations.  This roundtable-style discussion is open to all interested development professionals, at any experience level.
