Fall into Prospect Management: Think Tank 2022
Thursday, September 22, 2022
1:00 P.M. - 2:30 P.M.
Prospect Management is a tough term to describe fast; it’s an umbrella term for dozens of operational strategies that support general (as well as specific) fundraising. Whether you’re talking about assigning prospects; facilitating portfolio reviews; creating prospect pipeline strategies; reviewing gift pyramids/campaign feasibilities; defining codes for related dashboards...all of these functions, or rather professional responsibilities, can fall under this broad term. So it’s a lot!
As you develop your goals for FY23, now is the perfect time to consider how you may want to build, or grow, or achieve in these areas. This Think Tank will provide you additional space to reflect upon and share what is happening in your organization, learn with your peers, and find opportunities to make improvements.
