Many of us have seen our resources budgets frozen or cut, so it is more important than ever to get the most value from all of our paid resources and to leverage free sites as much as possible.  Plus, many of us haven’t been able to attend our usual conferences that allow us to learn about new tools.  Let’s get together and discuss our favorite free and paid tips, tricks and tools, new and old. Purchased or reviewed a new product you think others would love? Found a great new website for discovering email addresses or reverse phone searches?  Someone else might really benefit from your sharing your great new discovery!  Come share what you know and find out what you don’t know!  Please join us for a fun discussion about tips, tricks and tools!

PRESENTER:

Stephanie Snow is assistant director of research and training manager at Harvard University. She has been at Harvard since 2008. Prior to Harvard, Stephanie worked as a reference librarian at Choate, Hall & Stewart.
