Recruiting and Onboarding Think Tank
Wednesday, January 19th, 2022
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST
Online
Join us for an informal discussion on the current state of recruiting and onboarding. The session will provide an opportunity for participants to share questions and reflections on their own experiences and evolving best practices during the pandemic. How have your recruiting and onboarding strategies changed as you’ve transitioned from in-person to remote to hybrid work environments? Come share your lessons learned, success stories and/or the ongoing challenges that you face in a conversation facilitated by Molly Richter, Associate Director of Development, Talent Management for Massachusetts General Hospital. This session will be held as a Zoom meeting and will not be recorded.
Molly Richter is the Associate Director of Development, Talent Management for Massachusetts General Hospital, where she is part of the team that manages the recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and professional development of a department of over 200 individuals. Prior to joining MGH, Molly worked in the central development office of Mass General Brigham, where she focused on the recruitment of talent within all 14 fundraising departments across the healthcare system. Before pivoting to talent management, she worked in several small fundraising shops where she got to wear lots of hats. Molly has an MBA in nonprofit management from Boston University.
