Join us for an informal discussion on research in independents schools. The session will provide an opportunity to discuss software that we are using, research on international families tips and tricks, and best practices for new family research. Come share you lessons learned, success stories, and/or your current most challenging research projects in a conversation facilitated by Sarah Wallace, Research and Planned Giving Officer at Avon Old Farms School.

FACILITATOR:
Sarah Wallace Research and Planned Giving Officer, Avon Old Farms School
Sarah has been with the Alumni and Development Department at Avon Old Farms School for the last five and a half years performing research and prospect development. She is also responsible for The Riddle Society, Avon Old Farms School’s Planned Giving program. Prior to her career in Alumni and Development she served as an Army officer in the Signal Corps, with 6 years on active duty and two in the North Carolina National Guard. She then took off 13 years to raise her girls. Sarah is an avid runner having completed 29 marathons, and many other shorter races. She has a B.S. in Business Administration from LaSalle University and an MBA from St. Martin’s College earned while on active duty.

Attendees will receive a Zoom link a day before the event; this think tank will be held as a Zoom meeting and a recording will not be available.
