Legal Research Think Tank
Monday, January 29, 2024
2:00 PM-3:30PM EST
A brainstorming session in which we discuss resources available to development researchers who may find themselves in a position where they need to dig into legal cases pertinent to due diligence and/or purely institutional relationship considerations. Jon will open discussion with a generalized real-life example and basics on the use of the www.masscourts.org website, but the purpose of the session will be collaborative, and the goal will be to collect and share with one another a broad range of best practices and resources that might be useful for legal research regardless of where a case is being tried and the nature of the case itself.
Participants are strongly encouraged to have their cameras on to facilitate conversation during the program.
