Did you just attend the 2026 NEDRA Annual Conference? Were you unable to make the conference, but want to talk shop? If so, this Think Tank is for you!

Join colleagues for an informal, roundtable-style, lunchtime discussion about the 2026 conference. Sign up, sign in, and join the conversation in breakout rooms with NEDRA volunteers. Did a presentation “wow” you? Did you learn a new approach to prospect development? What tips and tricks can you bring to your organization? All these questions and more are fair game!

This program is designed for NEDRA members and active professionals in the prospect development field.

FACILITATORS:

Matt Lacroix is Senior Analyst at Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, the philanthropic division of Boston Children’s Hospital, and a member of the NEDRA Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Trust in 2014, Matt held analyst positions with Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, Peabody Essex Museum, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts from Harvard Extension School, and a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Erin Gianni is Director of Prospect Management and Research at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI. She has also held positions in prospect development at Suffolk University, Harvard University and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. She received a BA in Psychology from the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and an MBA from Suffolk University. Erin has served on the NEDRA Board of Directors since 2020 and is currently a co-chair of the Conference committee.

Attendees will receive a Zoom link before the event; this Think Tank will be held as a Zoom meeting and a recording will not be available.
