The Boston Business Journal examined employment data for nearly 800 occupations in more than 100 metropolitan areas in the U.S. What emerged from the numbers was that a wide range of occupations earn significantly more in Greater Boston than they do nationally, perhaps none more so than those in real estate and construction.
