Awesome, nuanced view of what's important to a researcher-frontline relationship. I guess the person in the article is real since she bakes cookies, but far from the norm. I do also believe that Preeti probably has something to do with bringing out the best in that relationship as all researchers must keep in mind that it is a two-way street to make a good working relationship.. Thank you!
