The conference feedback survey is vital in helping NEDRA to provide the best and most relevant conference experience for our members, and we take it very seriously. The member survey isn't just useful to NEDRA as an organization: it's also useful to our individual members. The results of the survey paint a picture of our industry in this geographic area, and provide us with standards and benchmarks that we can use in creating job descriptions, advocating for more staff or resources, or advocating for promotions or pay increases for ourselves or our teams.
